A group of Sani'Tatem engineers begin to devise a stronger defence against the creatures that roam Sani'Tatem. They begin using the beasts themselves as exo-suits and mecha for defensive and offensive purposes.

The idea of using Hati as a city is brought forward in the 3,097th Agora. After much debate and deliberation, the Sani'Tonians begin to enact this plan.
