Romy Apollon

Romy Apollon is a Sailor Senshi and the current Sailor Cleeia. They are the older sibling of Serene Apollon.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Romy's right arm was disarticulated when they were in their teens. As a result, there isn't even a stump remaining. Over the years they've generally avoided using prosthetics.

Hydrokinesis

Like many senshi from the Atlas System, Romy is capable of hydrokinesis, allowing her to move water using her mind.

Personal history

Romy was born the oldest of three siblings with two younger sisters, Myla and Serene. All three siblings possessed starseeds, with Romy having the Cleeia Crystal and awakening the power of Sailor Cleeia as a teenager.
Unfortunately, the event that triggered their awakening as a senshi (alongside their sisters) caused the death of their parents. Sailor Pedile was also present at the incident and Valencia ended up taking the three siblings in.
Whilst Romy was grateful for Val taking them in and reasonable enough to understand that it would take some adjustment, the same couldn't be said for Myla. Romy spent a lot of time trying to keep Myla in line, which was made difficult by all three greiving for their lost parents.
On one occasion, Romy let Myla talk them into going and tracking down a threat that Val had forbidden them from investigating. Wanting to show Myla that they were on her side, Romy went along with it, though forbade Serene was joining. However, they weren't equipped to deal with what they found. Myla died and Romy was severely injured, losing their right arm.
This, more than the death of their parents, hit Romy hard. Overwhelmed by feelings of failure, they stuck around long enough to heal and make sure Serene was settled before vanishing. Val tracked them down relatively easily but after a discussion let Romy go - though not before insisting that they'd always have a home with her. Whilst Romy was touched, because they truly liked Val and appreciated everything she'd done for them and their sisters, she was truly terrified that she'd get Serene killed as well. Of course, she never actually spoke to her youngest sister about this, which leads to centuries of tension between them.

Romy has one living relative, younger sister Serene. Their relationship, however, is tense, the pair rarely speaking outside of working together as senshi. Having said this, Romy would do anything to keep Serene safe and Serene has been known to drop things in order to see to her older sibling.
