The Muutali
(a.k.a. Cleareyes)
The Muutali is the leader of the Eternals. As the oldest and most power of the Eternals, their power rivals that of the Elder God. A powerful, cynical, and emotionless leader seeking to create an ordered home for their people to escape the poisoning that has befallen the black universe. To achieve this aim they created an alliance with The Dark and Duse to enter the universe and ascend themselves in order to destroy the Elder God and rewrite the rules of the universe to prevent any entropy, and create a perfectly ordered void, doing so they hope to prevent the destruction of the Universe and become its new gods.
Following the failure of the New Universe project, The First took command of The Eternals and committed their species to order at all costs. Included within this ideology was the halting of evolution, experimentation, and the conservation of what is currently present in the universe. This angered many Eternals who were devoted to these things. Many who rebelled were destroyed by The First who absorbed their Aura and became far more powerful.
When The Elder was discovered to be mixture of chaos and order, due to their being conceived rather than reconfigured. The First led a purge against them and their conceivers. This led to The Elder fleeing to the New Universe.
With the knowledge that the New Universe had functioned correctly, The First insisted that the Eternals turn their organisation towards reaching the New Universe and claiming it for their own. To this end The First changed their name, and became The Muutali.
The empathy and willingness to self-sacrifice at first confuses, and then enrages, The Muutali. They view emotions and progress as structural weaknesses within the New Universe. Weaknesses they and the Ruling Eleven exploit to conquer the universe.
However, despite their inability to empathise they are keenly aware of emotions and find it terrifyingly easy to manipulate someone to their own gains. They also take the effort to project a sense of authority and emotionless at all time. They also find acknowledging someone's argument against them a waste of valuable time.
Despite their cold nature they are fully committed to creating a universe removed of chaos to prevent the destruction of the Universe, in order to prevent another schism. By creating a happy ordered universe without any chaos, and without any progress, all people can live forever as ascended beings. The fact that they do not view the unascended as alive does help with their wish to totally crush any and all dissent.
Biography
The Eternal who came to be known as The Muutali was born in the Original Universe. A place of no time, and of constant creation. At an undetermined time a schism occurred within the Precursors, splitting them between those who wished to inhabit physical forms, to live and die, and those who wished to remain ascended. The Muutali joined this latter group as one of the first of the undecided. Appearance
The Muutali appears as a six foot middle aged androgynous bald being with onyx black skin and clear white eyes. They were a stiff black robe with a high collar with the top being unbuttoned. They have a predatory stillness around them that even those who have no idea who they are can feel radiating from them. No movement or power is done without deliberate thought behind it.Personality
A cold and cynical being without any empathy. They are regarded as being without reason and logic, and are solely devoted to their aim of creating an ordered universe. Cold, calculating, and without pity, they are incapable of understanding why anyone would oppose their aim of a structured and ordered universe.
