Qazaar Qwan

(a.k.a. Desert Eye)

Qazaar Qwan (born 18 Jumst 2435 ME) is a Justice out in Sagn and widely regarded as the greatest living gunslinger. Born in the the Deep Sagn, Qwan came from a long line of Justices, gunslingers in Sagn who dole out unsanctioned justice due to the lack of resources and space in the desert. Qwan was drafted into the war as a reservist shortly after his father died and was soon offered a position in the Special Reservist Group the Suicide Skulls Head Squad, where he gained a reputation as a flirt and an ace gunslinger. His sister, Liana Qwan, also served as a medic. After the war he returned to Sagn and continued his family's legacy as a Justice.
