Leros Almanack
(a.k.a. Pickaxe)
Leros Almanack (7 Triest 2420 - 12 Anwer 2640 ME) was a Sunner miner who was spokesman for the Golden Sunlight Company strikers before joining the Armada of Truth when war broke out. However, he soon became the second of the Nine Defectors from the Armada to the Monotherium. Due to his strength and abilities he was soon drafted into the Suicide Skulls Head Squad.
Almanack is most famous for the pickaxe he fought with in battle, which became a symbol of workers fighting for their rights even in a broken system. He died in the Battle of One and a Hundred, when Almanack faced an enemy of a hundred soldiers including both Admirals Meanish and Liathfeasog, alongside Tiarna's Legion. After the war a statue was built to him in his hometown of Blint with his famous last words engraved on it to showcase the strength and resilience all people should show at the end of their lives:

"You tell Antagon it took a hundred of his best men to take me down, plus you two idiots. And even then, I did not go down well.”The reaction to Almanack's death made the Suicide Skulls Head Squad one of the most feared military squads on the Plateau. The actions taken by the squad include the bombing of the centre of Pan Tradier and the murder of all members of Tiarna's Legion.
