-roll a d100 if two different potions are drank within 10 minutes of each other

d100 effect
01 Explodes, drinker takes 6d10 force damage, others within 5' take 1d10 force damage
02-08 Becomes a random ingested poison
09-15 Both potions neutralize each other's effects
16-25 One of the potion's effects are neutralized
26-35 Numeral effects and durations are halved, if this doesn't apply than the effect is neutralized
36-90 Both potions work normally
91-99 One potion's numeral effects and duration is doubled, if this doesn't apply than the effect works normally
00 A simple effect of one of the potions becomes permanent, can be removed by dispel magic or remove curse
