-carry load = Str x 15 lbs
-carry load doubles for each size bigger than medium and halves for each size smaller
-encumbered if carrying more than Str x 5 lbs which lowers speed by 10'
-heavily encumbered if carrying more than Str x 10 lbs which lowers speed by 20', gives disadvantage on ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws that use Str, Dex, or Con
