Tara Eimes

Tara is the most effective whip that Thay Allal can call on. She can rally about a quarter of Phrygia-by-the-Gap in an emergency through a combination of goading, remembering past debts, and recalling important family stories, but she tends to upset people more than other whips do because she will stand outside of a home and recite a litany of family debts that can go back for generations.
When she was with The Krell Nation as a young girl, she fell off of her steed and into a cavern, where the numenera within "grew into her," as she likes to say. It has given her a perfect memory, but little social awareness of when and how to exercise that memory.
