World Serpents

There are things far more ancient than the Great Wyrms upon Oshiore's surface, even if it is known colloqually, as the Wyrmhome. We know that human society goes back before the arrival of dragons. We also know that human history doesn't cover the whole of the world. Barely a fraction, as it stands.
It boggles the mind to think of, but it's true. The veil of history is thick, nigh on impenetrable once you look past where we can see. Who knows what could reside in that blank space?
