Background

During the Last War

At some point, Aarland was promoted to General of the Aundairian Royal Military and put in charge of logistics. During this time, he became aware of and met Marcella Moreau, then using a different persona.

After the War

While Marcella was on assignment, Aarland maintained written communications with her, keeping tabs on her assignment and well-being under the pseudonym "Auntie Gaarland".

General Aarland is a human male in his 50s with white skin and short, military-style salt-n-pepper hair as well as a short beard. He wears military style uniform with an elaborate shoulder coat. He carries a service revolver and longsword.

Personality

Aarland is a hardened military man and strategist. He seems to carry a soft spot for Marcella, or rather Yves. Despite Yves being under the direction of Thuel Racannoch, the Royal Eyes spymaster, he maintains a connection with them during their assignment. He is intelligent and calm under fire.
