This delicate circlet of twisted silvered vines and deep violet brambles hums faintly with unseen magic. Its crystalline thorns shimmer between deep fuchsia, and indigo, shifting subtly as though drawn to hidden forces. The artifact carries a faint whispering sound, almost imperceptible, as if remnants of forgotten voices cling to it.
Fey-Touched Resonance
While attuned to the Whispering Thorn, you gain advantage on Nature and Survival checks when tracking planar disturbances linked to the Feywild.
Echo of the Rift
Once per long rest, you can wear the Whispering Thorn as a crown and enter a meditative trance in a natural environment (such as a forest, glade, or near running water) for 10 minutes. During this meditation, the thorns pulse with faint energy, and whispers drift through your mind, revealing visions tied to nearby Fey disturbances. At the end of the meditation, you must succeed on a DC 18 Arcana or Nature check:
On a success, you receive a vision of the location of the nearest unstable Fey Rift or a crossing into the Feywild within a 25-mile radius. On a failure, the whispers are unclear or misleading.
