Boss Moomba

the Hutt appointed Overseer of the Races, in charge of facilitating the podraces of Nar Shaddaa. He is a cruel Gungan with a preference for violent resolutions to his problems, though he has suffered as a result. Street brawls and poor medical care have crafted Moomba into a hideous caricature of himself.
Nevertheless, he will not allow any challenge to his personal fiefdom to go uncontested. He is particularly hostile towards Ghalgeer Bistream's podracing crew, as he suspects them of sabotaging other podracers and thus foiling his illicit race fixing.
