Ossin Collective

Purpose: To hoard powerful relics, gather forbidden knowledge to give to Krell, and to spread Undeath through the Outer Layer
Organization: The cult used to be led by Krell while on the Mortal Coil but since his absence, the Hand now rules over the cult. The hand is made up of 5 liches chosen by Krell's champion. All other members vary from thralls vying for power, apprentices of necromancy, to necromancers.
Description: The Ossin Collective are most notable for their role in infiltrating the Solar Imperial court and aiding in the coup of Lafue III. The cult has a talent for getting involved in state politics throughout history. Their HQ is hidden within the Underdark caverns beneath the Pass.
