Cecil DeLorie

A leading diplomat from Aundair to Breland, Cecil is a former warrior currently living in Sharn. Managing economics and relationships between the two countries, his biggest issues lately have been resistance from Brelish nationalists, local politicians, and a frustrating lack of good wine.
In a former life as a mercenary just after the end of the Last War, it's known Cecil fought alongside Lady Dawn, worked loosely with Merrix d'Cannith, and assisted Breland against an insurgency of eldritch abominations.
