After obtaining a mysterious artifact from Two-Face's gang, two members of the League of Assassins fled rather than turn it over to those who would use it to restore the mad, zombified Ra's al-Ghul. They were aided by two "local talent" criminals, and opposed by other League members and crooked police officers. Eventually they escaped and the artifact was dumped at the bottom of the bay.
