At Power & Water Substation 4, the Calendar Man's guys committed an act of sabotage but before they could completely torch the place, they were taken down by Batgirl. Water & Power, FDNY and GEMSA first responders proceeded into the tunnels under the city to rescue the stranded, put out the fires and restore power before Mercy Hospital ran out.
