A "Tong princess" (derogatory) from a Chinese criminal organization based in the Phillipines. She somewhat accidentally rose to prominence in the formation of the Neon Dragon Tong as she was the "mediator" for a major deal that was disrupted by others and "solved" by her ingenuity and brutality.
