Dominic Huntsman

Gotham City libertines are shocked by the arrest and confession of wealthy layabout Dominic Huntsman to the killing of an unidentified Jane Doe in a drug-related homicide. The murder, which had been covered up by Gotham’s upper crust, was connected to Huntsman’s distribution of prescription narcotics to parties throughout the city, and was apparently cracked by a previously unknown GCPD officer, Patterson.

When Patterson was revealed to be "corrupt" as part of the Outfit, Huntsman attempted to overturn his conviction, but he was unsuccessful. He remains at Blackgate.
