Chelvin is an Aeon Priest currently working in Beyonder's Blades. He is interested in researching numenera and is sometimes willing to aid others in the settlement with numenera-related tasks. He is very good at unlocking cyphers and constructing numenera.

Chelvin's research has led him to find a space craft in a cave near the settlement. He is currently occupied with studying the ancient craft in hopes of getting it working again.
