Panical's Trinket

During his Early Youth Panical, the Super Mutant lived pretty much on his own before he met his companions, he was scavenging for potential scrap to trade or sell for caps before the arrival of a local junk merchant. During his Forray he came across a couple of useful items to trade and one that interested him he found at the bottom of one of those funny blue boxes that are usually hard to get into. This one was torn open by someone or something and for the most part, it had no contents except for this metal and plastic card with a bright sky-blue lanyard attached to it. The Card had a funny image of some dorky Looking Man. Panical felt it must be important as the man looks too weak and dorky to be around today. He felt he must have been in charge of something important to have a picture of himself on this plastic and metal card especially since it had a pretty blue lanyard which Panical like most "Blue like the sky" almost as pretty as fresh blood.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The ID Card is made of Metal and Plastic with some sort of Metal Chip on the back and a barcode on the front. Other than a few scratches it looks new it is hard to bend but is very lightweight.

History

This Card Apparently belonged to someone working with Med-Tech a Pre-War Corporation.
