The Nations of Epathia

Prior to the War of Independence, Epathia was a large imperial nation ruled over by a single ruler. 50 years since the beginning of the war, a new and fragile peace has been brokered and new independent kingdoms have been established. People have been displaced, royal lines have been broken, and there are still large portions of the nation that don't know they are no longer at war. Amidst all this, a Council of Peace has been formed. This council has formed a series of task forces and has bestowed upon them the responsibility of traveling the nation and maintaining, and in some cases establishing, the peace. You are a member of one of these task forces.
