The Shrouded Valley

This desolate floating & drifting unmoored valley of three small dwindling villages and numinous ruins did not come from the world that was, but was rent asunder from another world and dropped into our own with the Sundering. The locals spit rather than say the name of their ruler deposed with the return of the Sun to their lands, and further have no patience for the basking ones…however it is said that monsters and horrors are plentiful here, and few return from the ruins of a castle often covered in foreboding ravens. Mists are common here, and often precede the valley’s arrival, though locals regard them as an ill omen.
