The Arcane Conclave of Breathing Winds

Starting as a Middle Aged Wizard wrangling young Sorcerers and Hedge Mages, it has swelled into a communal organization and tutelage of Wizards, Sorcerers, Warlocks, Artificers, and other dabblers into the mystical arts as a place to study, experiment, discuss academics, magical ethics, and philosophy. The conclave also maintains clusters of Wind Crystals Elemachina around the islands to activate when the Volcano near the Sanctuary gets too smokey for local air quality. Here, by demand of the denizens of the Horned Isle in the early years of the Sanctuary, did the children of all the many peoples intermingle and learn from their teachers and one another.
