Diana moved to Dane 30 years prior to meeting Kan'sa. She worked there as a silver merchant, before picking up the hobby of writing spell scrolls. When Kan'sa offered Diana the opportunity to travel with her, Diana packed up and moved out with Kan'sa and Kil'thian on their quest. Her reasoning has been largely her own.
