The Mortal World is the plane of existence where the Word Walkers series takes place. Whenever the Mortal World has been faced with mortal peril, a World Walker appears to set the world on a safe course as heralds of the Spoken Truth. This high fantasy setting is home to many races of mortals, from the common humans, elves, and dwarves, to the unique dirin, dragonkin, and Hantheer. As a World Walker steps foot into the Mortal World for the first time in nearly a century, an adventure is about to begin.
