U.N.O.H.S Weimers (Why-Mers)

The U.N.O.H.S Weimers Is humanities first and only Dreadnought class destroyer in their space fleet. It was commissioned shortly after the war with the Emari, as a way to make sure humanity was never caught off guard by an alien force again. construction began in 2157 and was completed in 2230 with help from a secret benefactor and a few Elven allies who shared technology secrets their people had uncovered from the Elder race that inhabited the galaxy before any of them. The Weimers was named after Admiral Weimers who was responsible for ending the war with the Emari by challenging the leader of their fleet to single combat and winning. The ship can hold a little over 12,346 humans and hundreds of vehicles and support ships. In addition to its whopping 100 defensive platforms it also hosts over 50 missal and offensive laser platforms. The Weimers also has a complementary fleet that accompanies it on away missions that consists of one destroyer and four frigates that hold additional fighters and transports to assist in space combat. The ship is often hailed as humanities greatest creation.
