Conciliar Mobi Zaz, Dr
Mobi Zaz is the Felnak conciliar for the Imperium and has served for roughly 20 years, making the second shortest serving councilor just two years over Groka the Ork conciliar. Mobi has a reputation for being one of the most stubbern and closed minded members of the council, and even among his own species. However he is also one of the most intelegent and has memorized every bylaw of the Imperium as well as the individual laws of most of the council races. Mobi serves with dignity and pride and although he looks down on Orks, Emari and Humans he does not think of them as inferiors but simply misguided.

Mobi was born on a Felnak colonies world called Mosis (commonly referd to as planet Moist by most humans) He was born into a family of Lawyers and from a young age wished to follow in his family's business. However during the hundred year war his parents were killed when they were trapped in an Emari blitz on their world. After their deaths Mobi decided that he would enter politics to bring the Emari that killed his parents and hundreds of other Felnak to justice. He hated the Emari for a long time before meeting Tyle. they sat down and had many good conversations about the Emari people and Mobi began to understand that when catastraphy struck it was usually the people calling the shots that were to blame and not the people simply following orders. Mobi was heart broken to hear of Tyle's death and will do anything to see her killers to justice...Even working with Pirates/ Mercenaries
