Counselor HighWing (a.k.a. Military Nickname was Eagle Eye)

Highwing is Conavoy born on the colony world of Sweedna. High wing is unique among the counsel being the only member to have served in the military prior to his servies as the counselor. HighWing has served the counsel for around 38 years and has been a dedicated servant of his people. He possesses a stern nature and has little time for nonsense or political bickering choosing instead to act rather then debate. He has gone on record as stating that if it wasn't for his people being against continuing the hundred year war he would have voted to support Elfim and humans campaign against the Emari. He did however pass on classified intelligent gathered by his secret serves unit to humans and Elves during the last year of the war.

Personal history

HighWing had a pretty normal upbringing on the colony world Sweedna, he had good grades but never really had an aptitude for school. So once he graduated he immediately joined the Conavoy Royal Airforce and came out of basic training with top marks. During the 100 year war he was given the nickname that translated meant something like Eagle Eye. This was given to him do to his over 70 confirmed kills in only 8 combat missions. He even at one point had an Emari bounty put on his head which was considered the highest praise the enemy army could give you. However HighWings glory days were short lived, during a routine escort mission of the then Conavoy Consoler their convoy was ambushed and the consoler along with two frigates a cruiser and most of HighWings fighter squadron was destroyed. Even though it was not his Fault HighWing retired from the airforce and took on the position of Consoler to atone and carry on the legacy of the consoler before him.
