Emari

The Emari is a warrior race that resemble lizards and other reptiles The primary Warriors ether resemble brown or green velociraptors or Giant iguanas a few elites in their culture even resemble dragons. Some are also rumored to resemble snakes though no human has sighted them, and the Emari deny their existence. The Emari hail from a planet called Detar, It is a mostly Rocky and desert planet with a few woods and meidos dotted throughout the planet. It is said that Detar once held vast forests and oceans but do to the Emari's constant waring the planet was scorched over and most of the forests were scorched away and most the water dried up. Because of this the Emari that remain on planet live in vast domed city's. That being said most Emari live on the few dozen colony worlds that they were allowed to keep after the 100 year war between them and the Elfim and they had to return the almost 300 conquered worlds they seized during the war including the home world of the Muzung. Who were conquered and used as a slave race for half a century before being liberated by the Elfim and Human Forces that took back their planet in the final days of the war. The Emari now work primarily under militia groups and as muscle for the exchange.

History

The Emari have been fighting each other for century's and most of their technological advancements have been for war purposes. It is even said that the reason for Detar's condition is due to it being nuked several times. The Emari eventual invented space travel after a particarly ambitus war lord wished to stop the endless civil wars and set their sites on other species in the galaxy. after about 4 years the Emari found their fight in the Elfim in which they began a hundred year war with them that was only ended after Humanity got involved and a lone human Commander challenging the Warlord Carnifex to single combat to determine the end of the war.
