The Culling of Weakness refers to the Period of Stormcloak History leading up to and directly following Frigetta's Coup. This time is looked back upon as a stepping stone that has led The Stormcloak Order to its position of power today. It's resulted in women being permnantly banned from the militant side of the order and forced to live in the village outside of Halstein's walls.
