The Markets of Arcsey

You wander through the streets of Arcsey, and come across the market, which is located in a large gated plaza. It seems that the vendors are organised by nothing; the place is a big disorganized mess. The market is known for being open at practically all hours, and is rather dirty. Today the market is moderately crowded, with some merchants drawing large crowds and others left open for more customers.
