The Marsh

A vast swamp that covers everything as far as eyes can see. A grim world where the sun is always covered by thick clouds, the moon does not exist and the night brings unimaginable terrors. The people that live in "The Marsh" are used to this dangerous, dim, sad and damp world and have found a way to get by and live a barely decent life. It is said, few whispers here and there, that there is a way to get out of this perpetual murky land, but they seem to be only folk tales and legends.
