Déran the Town Crier

As you rove around the square, you spot a person holding a scroll. He wears the grey tunic and grey trousers that signify his position with The Emperor's Messengers and as the plaza's crier. As you near him, he begins to belt out the news:
"Recent disappearances in the Southwark traced to sewers!"
"Caravan heading to capital menaced by the undead! All members of caravan survive due to arrival of local adventurers!"
As you approach, he finishes his report and turns to you with a disdainful glance. "What do you want?" He sighs loudly in exasperation.
