Adènèot
Do you ever dree-ee-eam,When the fields are fallow and the time for planting has arrived, the faithful of the former Binian League pray to Adènèot, the Goddess of Green. As their meagre crops sprout and grow tall, they continue to give her her due. The Binian year ends on Summer's Height, her most important festival.
And dance in the su-u-un?
Do you ever slee-ee-eep,
In the bliss of summer fun?
But work is for me-ee-ee,
Until the harvest time is done.
Aspect of the Sun or the Flower
Adènèot is often associated with many symbols and appearances. The most common visual depiction of her is as a woman in a long flowing robe with flowers growing from her hands. Others focus on her sun-like aspect and draw her as a sun with a face or a humanoid with a sun-like face. There are even some Penian theologians who are making a complete list of the ways Adènèot is shown in culture in the region, although that promises to be a monumental task.

Servants of the Field
The devoted of Adènèot are masters of agricultural science and magic. It's common to see them by small village shrines helping out farmers and advising local officials on crop rotation and growing charms. The Bowegroèn is the name of her most fervent worshippers who help locals store and count produce in order to prevent famine.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
