With the party each battling seperate foes the intense street combat continued. Zelem, Panics fire elemental and Danta took out Master Scourge and some of the lesser crew backup. Morrigan continued her path of destruction south-west, killing Cut-Throat Grok with an inflict wounds. Lastly Ruven and Pink took out the wererat and confronted the wererat captain who, seeing the writing on the wall, quickly negotiated a peace and withdrew. 
Danta ducked in to a new building to find the pirate captain Barnabas marching towards him. In one devastating swing the brutal captain dealt a near-death blow and sent Danta to the ground. The rest of the party rushed to aid their recently revived friend, and after beseeching the dark powers to mark Barnabas's end, Zelem used the remainder of his power to blast him with a Lightning Bolt, instantly taking the brutal man down. Thankfully Danta had survived the blow and it seemed the wind was merely knocked out of him, for he stood up just in time to see Barnabas fall. Pink choked the life out of her foe, and her revenge was complete.
With the forts upper section secure the group checked the huge cove below to find more crew, captured citizens and Pinks ship! It was covered in grizzly display of corpses and cages, and the new rulers of the fort forced them to clean it up. Next the group examined the upper area to find some troubling information. It seemed that someone from "Harmony" had dossiers on nearly ever important pirate captain who had arrived for the festival, including the pirate lord herself, and was planning a mass assassination tonight!
If this were to occur they could lose a potential ally and valuable location to the enemy, so despite having exhausted most of their resources the group rushed back to Santa Quint. The group split in two to try and save as many as possible, with the first narrowly warding off an assassination near Harthas Headstones. The second group rushed to the Sea Bastion but it appeared they were too late... for high above on the bluff a mast with a body was being erected over the edge, for the entire town to see.

Important Characters

Morrigan Oweland - Morrigan is a noble from the town of Saltmarsh. She serves the dark goddess Hecate who has transformed her servant into a fearsome creature of darkness, a Vampire.

Zelem - Tiefling, conman and swindler. He has numerous alter-egos and a strange dark patron. Recently a mysterious tortle has given him a quest to find a powerful artifact. He is unhappy with the recent notoriety he has gained.

Panic - A tiefling more like a moth than a devil, the charming Druid joins the group in an effort to save her beloved from a terrible affliction. She is weary about some of her new companions, but hopes that together they can help her.

Ruven - A trusty half-elf that has worked with Zelem in the past, after her adventures with the Snake God in the south she has ventured to the north with her friend Panic in an effort to aid her on her quest. She seems distrustful of the significantly more evil companions Zelem has found himself in the company of, but has reluctantly continued to journey with them.

Pink - Former captain of the Lady Matilda, she has been disposed by her old crew and seeks revenge. The ferocious Satyr carries a large pole-arm and hopes they can aid her in her desire to get her old ship back. Revenge is close at hand with Barnabas's officers on the island, and she hopes to use her new friendship with Captain Varossa Lanteri to board her old ship and slay the mutinous captain.

Danta - The Half-elf Bard has aided the Owelands in the past and is a friend of Morrigan. Having met an untimely death in the mysterious caves now controlled by Hector, the party has managed to resurrect their old friend who know has joined them on their adventures.

Barnabas Harrigan - The cause of Pinks muttiny, he was in charge of the fort and despite putting up a fight, was fried by a devastating Lightning Bolt after being weakened by Morrigans channel divinity. Pink made sure he did not survive, and his reign of terror is no more.

Cut-Throat Grok - Quartermaster of Captain Barnabas, she is a capable fighter and seemed surprised with how friendly pink was. She was slain by Morrigan during the

Master Scourge - Master-at-arms of Captain Barnabas, he was a sadist and despicable man who reveled in inflicting pain. After being cornered in the prison he fought to the death, but Panics fire elemental reduced him to cinders.

Sandara Quinn - Healer and medical officer of Captain Barnabas, she tried to be friendly with Pink but as she was still aboard captain Barnabas's crew was met with hostility. It seemed when she returned to the fort she had a change of heart and was thrown in the brig. When Pink found her she was repentant, and Pink allowed her to join them.

The Order of Harmony - This mysterious branch of the The Stoneheart Valley Trading Company appeared to have planned a mass assassination to neutralize the pirate threat and retake the fort for Bards Gate.
