Yorden Fjorden

Among the fjords of the Hyshian continent live a tribe of Gargants. They happily help all the smaller races navigate the treacherous waters and demand only the least valuable artifacts in return. Should someone refuse to pay, they will still receive navigational aid but as soon as the water craft are clear of the fjords, a hunt begins to collect on the debt.

Leaders

Krekka Cracked Teeth
Warstomper Gargant and Leader of the Yorden Fjorden Tribe, Krekka acts as the enforcer. He makes sure his tribe are kept in line and should any lesser races try to cheat him, calls on the hunt. Scars and bruises cover his massive body, showing that many have tried to bring him down but none have succeeded. He carries an anchor and will drop it on any ship that does not accept his aid, for they are in his lands and will follow his rules.

Alga Sharkhands
A Kraken-Eater Gargant, Alga is festooned with all the lesser artifacts that honest travelers bestow upon him. As his name suggests, a pair of Allopexes are strapped to his hands, their mouths wide open in death, letting his punches tear huge chunks of flesh away with each swing.

Yorden Fjorden Tribe:

Many of the Gargents of the Yorden Fjorden have tattoos that work as a map of the fjords, showing where the easiest paths are, where danger lies, and secret locations only they understand. The tattoos make little sense to non-Gargants for the maps are spread across multiple bodies. Should a Gargant die in battle, his skin is preserved and put in a map case that Krekka carries allowing the secrets to continue for untold years.
