Chiara, the Destitute Gold
Chiara has been the leader of the primary expedition team for decades and has been in and out of the miasma perhaps more than anyone else in Legacy. Rumors circulate that her arrival on Legacy was not entirely of her own will. It is said that she broke a holy oath to the Gold Maw and her transgressions left her penniless and destitue with nowhere else to turn but Legacy. Since her arrival, her armor has grown old, dented, and worn down – now rusted in various places. Despite her age and worn equipment, she remains the picture of a holy warrior and knight; No one in Legacy will deny that Chiara is an incredibly lethal warrior.
Despite her success on the expedition team, Chiara's reputation is not without stain and her mind and body have not gone unmarred. Many members of the Church were concerned about sending Chiara with the Void Maiden. The dragonborn has, on more than one occasion, radiated tangible malice and has made unsettling remarks on the "impurity of their faith". For the miasma is a persistent and malevolent threat... and over time, it will draw forth corruption, until the cracks crawl across the surface... shattering what remains wtihin.

The Aspect of Purifying Radiance
As the light dwindles, Chira stands tall, regal, and stern now clutching a blade of radiant fire. Despite holding it firmly, her skin does not burn. All rust and grime have been burned from her form, leaving her presitine and radiant. Behind her, a burning ring of radiant, glowing metal forms the vague shape of a sun. Amidst each of the sun's rays, an eye – or set of eyes – open; their scrutinzing and blazing gaze assessing the crowd. And then Chiara speaks... and another voice joins hers.
Bring forth your unholy. Blasphemous heretics against The One's design. Comply... or be purged in holy flame.
