Marda Granitefist, or Granny as shes known by those her serve under her, is the Thane General of Clan THodir. Shes seen many battle in her day and fought long and hard from the bottom of the ranks to become one of the most influential and powerful dwarven Generals in all of the Clans as well as Valmorna. Gentle when she needs to be and forged from steel when she has to be, Marda has commanded many dwarven soldiers, even her late husband was once a young recruit and knew what it was like to serve under the great Marda. Yet when she is not serving at the whim of the Clans or counceling the government she is a doting and caring Grandmother to her over 20 grandchildren.

Body Features

Marda has dusky pale skin. Her hair is a stark while with some peppering of grey streaks, she keeps it in an elaborate series of braids that denote her status lineage, and marriage. If unbraided her hair could be stretched behind her for many feet.

Identifying Characteristics

Marda has three tattoos, one on each forearm and one over her left eye. The forearms are of two hammers, the legendary weapons of her clan, and the Eye denotes her status as the left eye of the Clan leader.

Marda is almost always in her armor, which is a gold and white enamled set of armor. She Carries a kite shield and her mace at her side always.
