Louisa Valize
Magpie recommended that I speak with Louisa at the Archives in order to get hold of plans for the City Hall. She's a Wood Elven Cleric of Tzophiyan and an Archivist at the Library in Osthaven. She's not a very personable individual, so I feel that perhaps, if I had approached her as myself and not as Ginevra Jyn, we might have got on a lot better. As it stands, she is someone I know of, but not someone I plan to cultivate as a contact, as I have very little reason to use an Archivist.
Her reaction to my mentioning of Magpie (as Mr Veren the younger) was rather interesting... She got cagey when I said I met him at the tavern, then seemed to relax when I mentioned it was at the Shrewd Lady. She also went a very interesting colour; a blush, it seems. I may have to ask him about that...

She seems to have a deeper knowledge of the Gangs of Osthaven than she admits to. It's clear that she's well aware of who Magpie is, and had a very interesting reaction to my mentioning him!
She is also aware of Quartz Nahiara, but I suppose that's not so surprising.

She is a Cleric of Tzophiyan.
Social Aptitude
I get the impression that she doesn't like dealing with people all that much. She comes across as wanting to just... not.
