Dieter Corliss (a.k.a. Crane)

Crane is the leader of the Tipped Wings, and honestly, not someone I want to become acquainted with. For some reason, even from just hearing him mentioned gives me the creeps. I know he's heavy-handed and likes to throw his weight around but... whenever I hear about him, my skin crawls, and I can't really explain why. Ruger says he's paranoid, and from some of the things that Magpie has said, I'm inclined to agree.
