Arcadi DeNess (a.k.a. Three-Fingered Arcadi; The Golden Hand)
Arcadi DeNess is a man I wish I never had to cross paths with. But Fallon, in his infinite wisdom, got himself into debt with him. He doesn't see Arcadi as a bad guy, no matter how much Tord, Ruger, Rhogar and myself say that he is. Even the damn llama listens more than my own brother! Now, things have gotten much worse, as Fallon went berserk during a pit fight and killed one of Arcadi's fighters in the ring. I had to reveal my existence to him to stop him from killing Fallon outright, and he now has a target on me, I'm sure.
The Golden Hand runs a group of both legitimate and illegal fighting rings and offers his own type of ‘financial support’ in the way of dodgy loans. He has managed to build himself a small empire outside of the main gangs within Osthaven, and has quiet agreements with The Grey Sails and The Jolly Men for use of spaces run by them and mutual support in the laundering of takings. That support is dangerous.
Arcadi is known for being very 'generous' when asked for loans of money, often giving more than was initially asked for. But he isn't an altruist; his interest rates are steep, variable depending on his mood, and his means of recouping payments severe.
