Elemental Planes
Geography
While Terra is the center of the material plane, the 12 planes surrounding it are the elemental planes. Each a pure representation of the Elements, while technically located "around" Terra the planes are infinite and cannot be reached by conventional means. The only known entrances are via portals opened by adept mages or by entering the body of the corresponding elemental Gigas on Terra. Someone entering the body of the Gigas in its elemental plane will also find themselves back in Terra. Most elemental magic comes through these planes, while what is traditionally considered Dimensional Magic uses just the Stasis plane as it is entirely empty and featureless.
