B.U.I.L.D. Headquarters

The B.U.I.L.D. Headquarters, located in LEGO City, served as the main headquarters of B.U.I.L.D., the Bureau of Undercover Intelligence and LEGO Defense. It was a prominent structure, built on an artificial island in the Auburn Bay, with a large promenade leading from the shoreline to the base of the building. The main (visible) structure was open to visitors, presenting a museum and research institute to LEGO City. The actual facility used by BUILD was located below the island, with surface access between the main building and the shoreline opposite the promenade.

Purpose / Function

The primary purpose of this building was to serve as the worldwide headquarters of BUILD. Undoubtedly, the building was not inconspicuous, but its defenses should not have been underestimated. While the large building contained offices and research facilities, the bulk of the facility was found beneath the surface of the island. The upper building was intended for public access and as a public research institute, while the subterranean facility was heavily defended and inaccessible to unauthorized personnel.
