Queen Declasia

Queen Declasia is the active ruler and founder of Delorius'tatem - Conclave of Declasia. She was born a half-elf in Egypt centuries ago and has seen the rise and fall of civilisations. Her story began several centuries after the Great Voyage, when her people were building Bornheiniculate and came under threat of Vampirism, changing their lives forever.
Declasia is known to be a firm and just ruler, keeping a hold of her people with an iron grip. Though formidable, she is stalwart, and through all her struggles she has come out as the victor.
Since liberating herself and her people from the vampirism curse, she has ruled from the City of Crows, claiming much of the Land of Crows as her own. She only recently relinquished control of Therias and the ruins of Southmarch to the Therians. Even still, her rule covers more land than any of the other world leaders.

It is unsure when Declasia was born, but what is certain is that she was a half-elf that grew up in Egypt, centuries before the Great Voyage.
It wasn't until some time after, in the later years of the first millennia that she gathered her people and experienced the events that would lead to the formation of the Conclave.
