The Heroes of the Swan: Chapter I: The Other Side

You are a new member fo the Swan's Crossing Militia. Having settled here in a desire to seek a new life, you join the town militia and have finished your training. The leader of the militia, the experienced Sergeant Christopher is assisted by two specialist, Matthias Cernach, a warrior and the son of a famous adventurer and Thomas the Wanderer, an archer and tracker.
You and your companion's first duties are to patrol the outskirts of town and visit with a nearby homestead. This will be the first time you will be going out alone, but you and your companions are confident that you can do it.
