One Elk Standing Rain
One Elk Standing Rain is a Crane Guard and the current chair of the Council of Muirthemne - the personal cabinet to the Emperor. He is considered one of the wisest men of the current time. He is an experience and decorated soldier, having served since before the start of the Great War; he is also a talented healer, having saved the lives of thousands of soldiers over the course of his many years of service; he is also a well published scholar and historian, having written nearly a hundred books on many subjects, ranging from the histories, bestiaries, the Dreams of Wyrd, and the sciences.
