Ilas Settlement

Ilas is the largest settlement on the Island of Ilas. It is one of the last places in Kovus that are ruled by Vatu.
The Town and Island are ruled by Earl Eden Corrys of the ancient Corrys family.
Ilas is part of the Duchy of Inwen.
