Structure
While a few large settlements can be found here there is very little to actually unite them aside from their common assailants, giants. The lawful settlements of this area are of High Elven refugees though many Volyhenians and Carthagians ignore the weak enforcement of order and make their own settlements.

Assets
Portions of the former high elven kingdom remain in this area though after the diaspora most things to make a government have vanished. Little aside from goodwill and common blood lead to the cessation of this land by Koheno.
History
Until recently a giant plagued frontier land held nominally by Koheno though after the War of Iron it was given to the remnants of the exiled High Elven Kingdoms to serve as their new homeland.
Demography and Population
While wildly variable by settlement the settlements themselves are rather homogeneous with either humans or elves dominating.
