Thieves Guild
Thieves Guild is empire-wide faction but managed in a decentralized manner. Each nation has its own leader, chain of command, and base of operations. It is common however for members to move from place to place, especially when things "get too hot" and to work from different bases.

- Platinum is the guild leader in charge of all empire-wide operations. Little is known about this person, only the golds work directly with them.
- Gold is the leader of the base of operations for the specific nation.
- Silver is the captain, typically several captains per nation, and they each are responsible for a different region/town/area.
- Bronze is the lowest level lackey.
- All innately known to guild members, only available information to non-members if they have frequent dealings with underground and then only for the nations they specifically frequent.

- Use dead-drops setup throughout the nation to accept jobs from clients, exchange goods, and accept payments.
- Use daggers with their thieves cant marking to denote that a job has been accepted. For example, a job board might have several daggers pinning a paper to it signaling who is attempting to do the job.
- First come first serve mentality, but guild doesn't tolerate intentionally sabotaging another.
- Liurnia/Water Base is at the lower dockside at an unmarked door. Leads to a nasty underground beggars row with homeless sleeping in ragged lean tos and some just talking to themselves madly. One or more homeless are lookouts, while others are truly homeless and kept fed and drugaddled by the guild for the guise. Towards the back there is a lean-to that covers a trapdoor into the main sewer network of the city and the area the Thieves guild have carved out for themselves.
- Marcie thinks that Tippie is dead, killed in a blast when Tippie stole something from Marcie or got in her way during a job. Not much is known.
- Tippie told to keep a low profile, but it seems likely that she has been noticed and is known to be alive.
- Fire Guild Base is at Blazing Cinders Pub - A cozy, traditional pub where locals gather to share tales, drink spiced ales, and enjoy the warmth of the hearth during the city's cooler nights. Pub has a secret backend with
