The primordial Sea

Overview

The bedrock of the cosmos. Home of many of the abyssal titans. These seas contain the floor where KzzK and Oshhu first met. Once connected to the waters of the heavens, many rocky pillars hold up the Firmament which now separates them.

Geography

Abyssal Seabed

The bottom of the sea bed is warm, noisy, and dark except for the luminescent glows of various sea beasts and gemstones. It has many rocky pillars, reaching up out of the abyss, some of which hold up the Firmament.

Acrid geysers

Many geysers spew gasses into the abyss. These colorful fountains of miasma litter the abyss.

House of Err

There is one hospitable place in this primordial wasteland, that being the house of Err and Oshhu. Little is known about this realm except that it is almost certainly built on a Wells of Magic. It is often left only to the Nymph servants who run the house, as Err often wanders the abyss and Oshhu is often absent, ruling in the seas of the mortals.

Ecosystem

Flat darkness, harsh crags, and turbulent geysers make up the landscape of the deep. Err makes sure things never stay stagnate for too long. Oblivious to the needs of lesser beings, Err has unwittingly made the foundation of reality a harsh environment for those who are not titans. The only wildlife here is hulking monstrosities or cunning predators.

Fauna & Flora

Many undocumented creatures roam the primordial sea, some horrifying, others elusive and intelligent. They rarely traverse into the mortal seas, but when they do, mortals stay away and write terrifying legends.

Natural Resources

The abyss is home to many precious gemstones, all placed by Err to light up the dark or store Magic.
